About….Kat Dancer
My passion and dedication to health and fitness lead me to establish Kat Dancer Fitness, a holistic Personal Training and Massage Therapy service in Milton Keynes, and beyond. I really want to share this passion with you and help you achieve your goals. I aim to provide an enthusiastic, professional and friendly approach to personal training ensuring every session is enjoyable and focused. I am dedicated to continual professional development ensuring I am up to date with the latest information. I aim to educate you about your health and fitness and how you can take control of your training and to provide an exemplary service. A focused individual programme that is bespoke to your specification is the key, and understanding the science behind your training will enable you to reach your goals, be more confident and feel great about yourself. It is about understanding and achieving the balance. Every session will combine traditional and new, creative exercise methods to motivate and excite you, and lifestyle coaching, including balanced nutritional advice, will support and guide you to stay focused and reach your desired targets on time. You can still have treats and look and feel great without starving yourself!
My motto is: Any Age – Any Fitness – Any Ability; I offer personal training to suit all fitness levels, for both men and women, whether you are looking for a gentle (re-)introduction to fitness, injury rehabilitation, a power workout to bring you to your knees, or a sport specific programme to take you to the top of your game! Whatever your current physique, improve your aerobic fitness, stamina, muscle tone, muscular strength, flexibility and improve your body weight/shape, whilst having fun and leaving your session energized and inspired!
Sport has always been a major part of my life, playing hockey and netball to Bucks County level, and tennis, swimming and eventing (horse riding) to a high recreational level. I am also a keen trekker, and in the last few years have successfully climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, Tanzania, Africas’ highest peak and Mt. Toubkal, Morocco, N.Africas’ highest mountain.
Outside of the Personal Training, I also co-run our family dairy farm, which keeps me very active, and have a background in Events Management and the membership business, so I appreciate the importance of the client-trainer professional relationship, and extraordinary customer service.
The nations’ health and fitness is one of the hottest topical issues, and I would love to motivate and inspire you to achieve results you may never have thought possible, and be the best that you can be! Whatever your fitness starting point, there is no intimidation within the bespoke training that I offer. You can feel comfortable and at ease knowing that I am here to help you take that first positive step on your health and fitness journey, with each client receiving entirely unique, appropriate health advice and fitness training to guarantee a healthier future.

Who are REPs? – The Register of Exercise Professionals UK, aim “to ensure that all exercise professionals are suitably knowledgeable and qualified to help safeguard and to promote the health and interests of the people who use their services.” As a member of REPS I am bound by a Code of Ethical Practice which determines the rights, responsibilities and principles required in the conduct of an exercise professional and member of the Register.
