Fight Fit Training – Boxing Fitness

Fight Fit is the number one for boxing for fitness in the UK; working with boxing champions to deliver refreshingly new and innovative training. Fight Fit offers total body conditioning combining aerobic and anaerobic energy to maximise fat burn and muscle tone. You will leave the session feeling pumped and energised! Working with focus pads you’ll have a real boxing experience using real boxing techniques and combinations. Boxing works the whole body so it really is a total body workout and combined with boxing conditioning techniques it will improve your fitness, stamina, strength, tone, core stability and power.

A Fight Fit session is fun, exhilarating and exhausting! Using boxing training techniques, I will whip you into shape military style! You will experience a workout like no other, explosive and challenging exercises including skipping and plyometrics. De-stress from work with the punch bag and leave the session feeling energised and ready to achieve your goals. Don’t be scared off by this session option; it can be tailored to any fitness level. A fun and unique session inspired by boxing champions.

Kettlebells

Kettlebells deliver unparalleled fitness training, so if you’re looking to burn fat, build up high levels of cardio fitness and phenomenal gains in strength and power then Kettlebells are the perfect choice.
Kettlebell training can give you the results you have always dreamed of, be it muscle tone, cardio improvement, weight loss or strength. They work the posterior chain (your butt!!) thereby strengthening and tightening the glutes, core and back.

And Kettlebells are great for women. In fact they are suitable to include in any effective fitness and strength training programme.

Circuit Training – Total Body Workout

This training session is a total body workout designed to improve your strength, fitness, flexibility and improve your body weight, no matter what your current physique! You will leave the session feeling energised and motivated. The Total Body Workout is suitable for all fitness levels, with options dependant on your ability. This session will improve your overall fitness and tone; resistance training is a really important part of your fitness routine as it helps to increase your metabolism therefore improving your fat burning capabillities, it will tone your body and is a vital part of a weight loss routine.

Core Strength / Body Sculpting

Fusing Pilates, Yoga and Personal Training techniques to lengthen, strengthen and tone your body and increase flexibility. This is not your normal stretch session, suitable for all levels, it will challenge you (in a good way) creating a leaner more agile you. My stretching exercises and stretching techniques can help you improve agility, increase flexibility and reduce the risk of sports injuries. This is an excellent compliment to your current fitness and resistance programme. Stretching is a really important part of your overall fitness regime, it will keep you flexible and supple after your hard workout. If you are looking to change your shape this session will lengthen your limbs, creating a lean figure. If you are a runner or a sports person it is very important to be flexible and agile for your sport.
