One size certainly does NOT fit all…
It is likely that over the years you may have developed various postural and movement dysfunctions. You may not even know they are there. Therefore, it is vital for you, and for me, to understand how your body currently operates, through our initial assessment. Your programme will be designed to include any necessary corrective exercise techniques, maximising the success of your efforts by improving posture, muscle strength, flexibility, core stability and correcting imbalances, reducing or even eradicating aches and pains, fatigue and discomfort.
Each session will be different, aiming to develop your whole body. Problems will be corrected, weaknesses strengthened, fitness enhanced and shape sculpted. Training programmes will typically include a mixture of interval training, weight-bearing exercise, circuit training, boxing and kettlebells, and can vary into an outdoor running/cycling session. Over a period of time, keeping to this, you will see measurable improvements as you work towards your goals.
Your first fitness session – This session will produce a comprehensive physical analysis of your body to ensure your programme is as unique as you are, offering great results you can see and feel. It will start with an assessment of your physical well-being and a discussion about your health and fitness history; we will identify your desires and set realistic goals and timescales. Only when I have all that information will I be able to plan a bespoke, effective programme tailored to your unique needs that fits around your current lifestyle.

Future fitness sessions – From here we will focus on training towards your personal goals. I will be there to support and guide you with bespoke training programmes incorporating traditional and creative exercise methods to get the most from every session. Change is not only possible but is is also enjoyable!
