My motto is: Any Age – Any Fitness – Any Ability ; I offer personal training in the Milton Keynes area to suit all fitness levels, for both men and women, whether you are looking for a gentle (re-)introduction to fitness, injury rehabilitation, a power workout to bring you to your knees, or a sport specific programme to take you to the top of your game! Whatever your current physique, improve your aerobic fitness, stamina, muscle tone, muscular strength, flexibility and improve your body weight/shape, whilst having fun and leaving your session energized and inspired!

Now your training really starts! Right, lets get going… I will provide your bespoke personal training programme and guide you through your journey to achieve your goals. I will motivate and push you; you will work hard and have fun in your session with me. I offer a unique personal training experience combining my own personal training techniques with traditional and creative training techniques.

My personal training packages also include nutritonal advice to support you in all aspects of your overall health and fitness, to help you acheive your goals.

I am also a Fight Fit trainer, if you want to try something different Fight Fit is the number one in the country for boxing for fitness; I will bring my focus pads and boxing gloves and put you through your paces using real boxing conditioning techniques inspired by boxing champions.

If you’ve tried all the fads and the diets; now try something that really works! Improve your fitness, strength, stamina, body shape and boost your weight loss. Remember it doesn’t matter about your size or shape. Fitness training and workouts are designed to help you get back into shape and I therefore assume that you aren’t an Olympic athlete!
