I signed up with Kat because I was training for a half-marathon and I wanted to get the best time I could. I knew my fitness was OK, but I wanted to push it to the next level and I knew I needed help with that.
Kat came up with enjoyable and varied routines that pushed my all-round fitness to new heights – so I was able to run my half-marathon in under 2 hours (an ambitious target for me) and then cycle across England in 3 days just a couple of weeks later.
I look forward to every one of our sessions and I am excited to think that with Kat’s help there’s no limit to what I can achieve. I am delighted to recommend Kat to anyone who has a fitness goal, big or small.

Kat listens to your objectives and then builds an exercise plan to help you to achieve your fitness and health goals. The hour I spend with her weekly is fun, hard, varied, rewarding and interesting. I first met Kat Dancer at a Business Meeting some months ago. I was impressed upon hearing about the business she runs and the professional manner in which Kat presented.
I then took up the offer of an initial ‘free’ session to see how Kat works and the type of fitness programme she can operate.
I have now signed up for a 10 week fitness programme with Kat as my personal trainer. Kat is extremely knowledgeable in her craft and has a very pleasant nature which softens the ‘pain’ under which I will be exposed at 07:30 in the morning!
I entered this course due to gradually gaining weight over the past few years and where my general fitness was not at the level I wish it to be.
The combination of exercises, equipment and ‘box fit’ regime are doing wonders to my overall feeling. I am seeing and feeling positive changes in only 4 weeks.

I’ve worked with Kat now for several months, she can be a hard task master, but that’s what she gets paid for!
Kat will push you when you start to ease off during a session and will make you work out to your full potential. She is good at reading the signs of when you’re exhausted and can’t do anymore or when you’re just being lazy and need a push.
Kat has a great sense of humour, but is also highly professional about her business and will endeavour to do her best to help you get the results you want, she will also ensure you have fun whilst you train.
She is enthusiastic about what she does and is always trying to think of new routines to keep things interesting. Her overall approach and personality motivates me to improve and this instils confidence in my own ability.

Having been a member of a gym for at least 20 years I was finding things very uninspiring and I was just going through the paces, and even then not very often! During the sessions with Kat she encouraged me to try new things, to go further, use heavier weights and even have a go at boxing. I hired Kat as a PT at the beginning of June 2011 and the change in my physique and fitness levels in the past 3 months beggars belief!! Most of my workouts are post milking-time… which for the uninitiated means first thing in the morning… and a time when my energy levels are reading in the minus category… but the motivation to be there means I haven’t missed a session in 3 months and counting… and of course once I’m there the inspiration to push one’s self further than even Kat will attempt to encourage you means I get the very maximum from every single one of her very varied sessions. She is very thorough, organised and uber professional with so much energy I have occasionally wondered if she is indeed a result of genetic engineering… To become as cardio-vascularly fit may well be a bridge too far as she has a few years on her side but we all have our goals.. Most highly recommended!!
