I signed up with Kat because I was training for a half-marathon and I wanted to get the best time I could. I knew my fitness was OK, but I wanted to push it to the next level and I knew I needed help with that.
Kat came up with enjoyable and varied routines that pushed my all-round fitness to new heights – so I was able to run my half-marathon in under 2 hours (an ambitious target for me) and then cycle across England in 3 days just a couple of weeks later.
